The questions people actually ask before booking, answered plainly.

How long does the whole evening take?

About 5 hours from check-in to being back at the pier. Departure is 5:30 PM and you should arrive 45 minutes before that.

Where does it leave from?

There are two departure points, Nuevo Vallarta and Puerto Vallarta, both at 5:30 PM. You pick one when you book and they are not interchangeable. Full check-in guide.

Is dinner before or after the show?

Before. On the 5:30 PM departure you eat first, then watch ALMA. What is served.

What is the minimum age?

6. Children are 6–11 and pay a child price; from 12 it is the adult price.

Are there extra fees?

Yes, one. A port access fee of $20 per adult and $10 per child is collected at the pier by the operator. It is not included in the price you pay us, so bring a card or cash.

Is it suitable for someone with limited mobility?

The operator lists it as not recommended for guests with limited mobility. The site is natural ground — sand, stone, steps and slopes — walked in low light, and no ticket tier changes that. More about the site.

What should I wear?

Flat shoes with grip, and a light layer for the boat year round. Full clothing guide.

What happens if it rains?

It runs year round and the show is outdoors. Light rain does not usually stop it. If the operator cancels for weather we will contact you to rebook or refund you in full.

Are drinks included?

Yes. Wine and an open bar are included in every package, starting on the crossing out. Premier adds champagne and a wine pairing with dinner.

Can I take photos?

Around the site, yes. During the performance there are restrictions and the staff will tell you what is allowed on the night.

How does booking on this site work?

You choose a date, package and party size and pay online. That creates a reservation request, not a confirmed seat — we do not hold live inventory. We then verify your date with the operator and contact you within 30 minutes during our hours (7:00–19:00 Puerto Vallarta time), or first thing in the morning outside them.

What if my date is full?

We will call you with alternative dates or refund you in full — your choice. You are never left holding a booking we cannot fulfil.
